A Symbolic Day for EFT in Armenia, October 10 – Yerevan State University

October 10 was a deeply meaningful day — not only World Mental Health Day, but also the first anniversary of the establishment of EFT ARMENIA.

Exactly one year ago, EFT Armenia was founded with a clear vision: to bring Emotion-Focused Therapy — a scientifically grounded and deeply human approach — to Armenia 🇦🇲.This year, on that very same day, I had the honor of presenting at the

10th International Conference on Current Issues in Theoretical and Applied Psychology at Yerevan State University, introducing Emotion-Focused Therapy as a model that reaches the core of emotional experience and transformation. It felt profoundly

symbolic — to speak about emotions, healing, and transformation on a day dedicated worldwide to mental health, and on the anniversary of the birth of our institute.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who has supported this journey — my mentors, colleagues, students, and the growing EFT community in Armenia.

My heartfelt thanks to Yerevan State University and the Chair of General Psychology for hosting this inspiring conference and for their ongoing commitment to advancing psychological science and practice in Armenia.
