In case the participant misses any part of the training, the training will need to be completed again to receive a certificate of completion. In the case that the participant decides to repeat the training after having missed some parts, they will have to wait for the next training, register again and pay the full fee. There will be no refund for the day(s) or part of the day that was missed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training will count towards certification as an EFT therapist with the International Society for Emotion-Focused Therapy (ISEFT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation Policy&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We regret that we cannot accept any cancellation after you register. If for any reason the training is canceled, your full payment will be returned to you. Institute of Emotion Focused Therapy Armenia- EFT ARMENIA reserves the right to deny acceptance of any applicant, and to terminate participation of a participant from all or part of this training if the behavior of that participant interferes with the learning experience of other participants. In such cases, EFT ARMENIA will refund tuition paid to the participant for portions of the training that the participant will not attend as a result of their termination. The terminated participant will not be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for this training from&nbsp;&nbsp;EFT ARMENIA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About the trainer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Stiegler is an international expert and approved trainer and supervisor in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). As an active researcher, educator, and author, he is dedicated to advancing the scientific understanding and practical application of EFT as an approach to psychotherapy. He is serving as a Board Member of ISEFT (International Society for Emotion-Focused Therapy) and has a commitment to the global dissemination, professional standards, and continued research of EFT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Stiegler is a dedicated researcher, specializing in studying both processes and outcomes of Emotion-Focused Therapy, particularly the role of emotional processing in therapeutic change. He holds a teaching position at the University of Bergen. He also runs extensive training programs and supervision on EFT principles and practice for Norwegian and international psychologists and psychotherapists. In addition to his research publications, Dr. Stiegler has contributed to several books on Emotion-Focused Therapy in Norwegian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What to expect from the training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training aims to take your understanding beyond intellectual awareness and help you immerse yourself in a process-oriented, experiential approach that fosters deep emotional transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This intensive experiential 4-day online training provides participants with solid grounding in the theory and skills required to work more directly with emotions in psychotherapy. The focus of the program will be both didactic and experiential, learning you how to promote change in core emotional structures. The training combines didactic lectures, video demonstrations, live modeling, supervised skill practice and self-reflection. The supervised real-play skill practice provides participants with the unique opportunity to be therapist, client and observer in small break-out groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training will be conducted in a humanistic learning environment, prioritizing safety to encourage exploration and foster growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training will cover Emotion Theory including emotion assessment, principles of emotional change, and differential interventions based on process and emotion diagnoses. Participants will learn moment-by-moment empathic attunement, how to identify markers of affective\/cognitive problems, and the use of experiential methods like chair dialogue between parts of self and imagined significant others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that this training is for mental health professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, social workers ( with clinical base) , psychotherapists, who have completed their professional training.
